Today we wanted to share some healthy lunch ideas. Here at Aloe Vera Dental Studio we are dedicated to supporting our patients on their journey to health and wellbeing.

The NHS Website has some great information on what we need to include in our diet for it to be balanced;

Not only do we require a variety of food in our diet, we need to ensure that we are drinking plenty of water.

As well as that, we should be mindful of our sugar intake – Your teeth will thank you! 🙂

Idea #1

Avocado Ranch Chicken Salad

Healthy Lunch

A great balance of protein, healthy fats and veggies. Serve on a slice of whole-wheat toast for a little boost of fibre.

Chicken can be substituted for a quorn alternative or Tofu.

Idea #2

TikTok Salmon bowl

Certainly a little more ‘bougee’ but more importantly quick and easy.

An amazing meal of healthy fats, bursting with the all so important Omega 3 (which so many of us lack!).

Above all, this healthy lunch idea is packed with flavour. It’s great for your gut health in addition, with the added Kimchi.

Idea #3

Joe Wicks Miso Tofu with ginger stir fry greens – A vegan option!

healthy lunch

Whether your Vegetarian, Vegan or just looking for a ‘meat-free’ meal, this tasty, healthy lunch does not dissappoint!

Idea #4

Kale, Pasta & Cannellini bean soup

healthy lunch

Absolutely bursting with fresh, vibrant flavours – This one was a firm favourite!

In short, make a batch! Subsequently have a few days worth that you can easily reheat.

Kale contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems. Antioxidants help the body remove unwanted toxins that result from natural processes and environmental pressures.

Not only does it taste great, this healthy lunch is great for us too!

Idea #5

Healthy Bistro Lunch Box

This is my favourite ‘packed lunch’, I’ve been doing this type of thing for years.

It’s so easy to swap out the veggies and fruit to change things up (and let’s face it, use up what we have!)

A small portion of cheese is great for the calcium intake and nuts are a great source of protein!

Now that Spring is in full swing, the warmers days are coming!

Why not take a look at an old post of ours in which we shared our ideas for healthier summer treats;

We hope you enjoy this healthy lunch inspiration.

Lastly, we’d love to hear your recommendations too!
