We wanted to take this time to wish our patients a wonderful Jubilee bank holiday celebrating.

If you’re like me (Dannielle) and you are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, times of celebration can be a real test.

During the celebrations I will certainly be having a lovely treat, but I don’t want to fall into the trap of over indulging and feeling awful afterwards.

A few ideas I’ve seen online that I will be trying with my family to celebrate our Jubilee weekend I will share below;

1. Healthy dessert/ Snack/ Breakfast side

Red, white and blue themed Greek yogurt, strawberries and blueberries.

Most importantly this is super simple, super fresh and super tasty!

2. A Queen approved lunch

Secondly, these cucumber and cream cheese (A filling apparently favored by the queen) wrap roll ups are perfect for a Jubilee picnic.

3. An Instagram worthy graze board

Certainly a trend that I absolutely love is graze boards.

You could colour theme it, make it as healthy as you like and personalize it to your taste.

Above all I find graze boards very sociable and always impressive (with very little effort!)

4. The perfect union jack inspired drink

5. Get outside and enjoy the celebrations and your surroundings
